This issue happen when i active Litespeed Cache, a white padding space appear below and break the image carousel template. Can someone help me to fix it?

I figure out Lazy Load feature of this plugin is the problem cause this issue. It gone if i turn of lazy load. Any one have an idea to fix this lazy load feature? Thanks
RESULT:
Fixed by resizing image and lazy load place holder from 600*600 to xx*354 from Phuc side.
So the resize script should improve and need Phuc to contact with author.
