prestashop 'Enable Litespeed ESI is disabled!!

Hello i can not activate esi on prestashop
the server has litespeed enterprice but this option on last update is disabled by default!
the screenshot has been attached.
the response header:

I had the same issue earlier this month.

Contact the host and they will enable ESI for you. In the same time you can ask them to enable crawler also so you can warm your cache.

My hosting support told me there is not way this can be done on account level and should be done for every domain.

This recommendation depends only on certain hosting providers. Most hosts have enabled ESI by default.
