*** Apologies for posting this twice, I put it in the wrong section. ***
Hello,
I’m hoping someone here maybe be able to help me? My hosting company recently switched my account on to a server running LiteSpeed and ever since then my website has had a problem with ‘friendly urls’.
The website operates on the Prestashop e-commerce platform which has a function that allows urls to be re-written into an SEO friendly format. When I turn ‘Friendly URLs’ on it stops displaying images and all pages give 404 errors... turn ‘Friendly URLs’ off and everything works fine. The site is unchanged from when it was on the previous Apache server, it’s just not working correctly.
I’ve tried deleting and regeneration the .htaccess file but still no success, and I also found a little .php script which I uploaded and ran which said url rewrite is acive (mod_rewrite)... which I believe to be the case as the links are being re-written correctly but are displaying 404 errors when clicked.
Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
