Problem in install and config litespeed webserver

Hello
i install litespeed web server and config it
but when i use this command for stop apache

service httpd stop

apache stop normally
then i use this for start litespeed

service lsws start

but this time the server start apache again not starting litespeed
my control panel is plesk and i have enterprize license
any one can help me ?

is lsws the latest version 4.0.17?

you can start/stop lsws by
/usr/local/lsws/lswsctrl start/stop

Did you make sure to run:

chkconfig httpd off

Yes sir i buy the litespeed license yesterday
i hosted a famous site in iran
its have 200 000 till 250 000 viewer every year
my server down and my friend said to me use litespeed for my server
i buy but you can check my server stats in
whois.sc/afaghandishan.com
after 1 day its apache 2.2 yet
what do i do ?

looks like litespeed isn't installed properly. have you followed

to install litespeed with plesk?
