Problem when install t1lib-devel

OS: CentOS 5.1

yum install t1lib-devel

Error: No package t1lib-devel available

How I can install this guys? Please help me

my error when configure litespeed
configure: error: Your t1lib distribution is not installed correctly. Please reinstall it.
**ERROR** Could not configure PHP build

I'm new with VPS but I can't find any complete guide to install a VPS with litespeed. Please help

try enable rpmforge repos (see http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/FAQ.php#B) first before yum install.

Thank you verry much but I had another problem when trying to do this

yum install unixODBC-devel

It says:
package unixODBC-2.2.12-1el5s2.x86_64 (which is newer than unixODBC-2.2.11-7.1.i386) is already installed

how to solved it?

package unixODBC-2.2.12-1.el5s2.x86_64 is in CentOS-Testing repos not for production environment. You should remove it if you don't need OR enable CentOS-Testing repos (http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories) then do yum install.

then you have to do

$ wget http://dev.centos.org/centos/5/testing/x86_64/RPMS/unixODBC-devel-2.2.12-1.el5s2.x86_64.rpm
$ rpm -i unixODBC-devel-2.2.12-1.el5s2.x86_64.rpm
