Problem with Cookies Banner

Hi,

In my Prestashop site there is the classic Cookies Banner.

When clicking on "Accept", the banner disappeears. The problem is that, I think, due to litespeed cache, sometimes, after page refresh, the banner appears again and again.

Any clue?

Another problem that I have is, I think, because main menu is hidden on checkout page, from time to time, menu also disappears on home page. And I have to flush litespeed cache in order to make it appear again.

It is a Prestashop 1.7.7.5 with the Classic theme

Please, help. This is like a nightmare!

After cookies banner is cached it is rendered on all pages, despite of the fact that you have accepted it once and again and again and again.

¿Is not a way to avoid litespeed module to cache cookies banner?

LSCPS works with warehouse themes and panda themes. It may or may not work with your themes. You can check with the theme developer, or module developer for classic Cookies Banner to check more on why it doesn't work. This module may not be cache-friendly and can not retrieve some variables from cached pages.

I just want to avoid LiteSpeed to cache a simple tpl (html) block. Is not that possible?

No, Not as simple as you think. there is no such simple configuration change for you to do so, You can check LSCPS settings https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscps/settings/
Generally, need theme code change.
