Problem with prestashop .htaccess

Hi, i have a prestashop hosted and after installing litespeed dont work.

It appear that rewrite dont work. i tested in other websites and mod_rewrite work correct.

Here is the .htaccess

you should enable rewrite logging (add 'RewriteLogLevel 9' in httpd.conf vhost).

It seems the below line has error (end with $). should be 'jpg' instead.
