Problem with wordpress, and php permision

Hi, when i try to open a .php in wordpress i get 403 Error.

i have see error log and appear:

2013-04-15 16:52:42.524 [INFO] [85.136.144.9:50232-0#APVH_mydomain.com] [APVH_mydomain.com] file permission is restricted for script.
2013-04-15 16:52:42.524 [INFO] [85.136.144.9:50232-0#APVH_mydomain.com] File not found [/home/revistao/public_html/403.shtml]


The file have nobody:nobody owner and the path of the file is:

/wp-content/themes/sahifa/panel/shortcodes/ui.php?page=share

check 'Script Restricted Permission Mask' (http://www.litespeedtech.com/docs/webserver/config/security/#restrictedScriptPermissionMask) and the permission of ui.php (not just ownership). The error indicates that the script permission fails in the restricted permission mask. Hence the blockage.
