Problems with images only in home page

Periodically, I think when the cache is refreshed, the images on the home page are not displayed. Without any action, after a while they appear again.
The PrestaShop cache is disabled and the LiteSpeed homepage ttl is 86400.
This is a problem reported by the customer only in the last few days (the site has been online for 3 months without this issue being reported). PrestaShop 1.8.5.
Any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I don't know what to do. The problem resolves itself when it happens or if we clear the cache. I don't know how to manually create the problem. If you have any suggestions, I'll follow them.
