QUIC and HTTP/3 troubleshooting

I read this

then for troubleshooting, I followed this

I have c-panel installed and litespeed enterprise
in my webserver: Access LiteSpeed Web Server Web Admin → Configuration → Listeners → SSL
there is no SSL, because I have it already in c-panel
What should I do now?

Nothing.

Most of WebAdmin settings are for the usage if there is no server control panel like cPanel or others.

HTTP/3 is enabled by default, no need to update any web server configuration. If HTTP/3 is not working, it is usually due to the firewall settings on your server, please see https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lsws/cp/cpanel/quic-http3/#open-udp-port-443-at-the-firewall for more information.
