Random 503's for one specific user

I'm running an 8-core license on a big Dell box with about 65 clients. One which complains daily of random 503's. I watched the logs for a few hours and sure enough she get's 2-3 503's an hour but her account is the only one on the box getting them.

Any ideas are appreciated!

You should upgrade the latest 4.0.12 release.
It might be related to her PHP script. If the script uses a lot of memory, you may need to increase the memory limit for lsphp5 external application.

If you can reproduce 503 error reliably, it can be easily fixed with steps in
