Random crash

OS: cloudlinux 6.4 / x86_64
LSWS: 4.2.3 (also happens on 4.2.1)

I have added apache configuration reading (I am generating vhost file from database). Litespeed crashes on random occassion. In error.log I get:
"fatal configuration error exit". But there is no information what clause causes it.

Processes are in state:
