I had to re-add it before but after upgrade it seems to have whiped it out. the rar mime type should be stock in the mime properties. When you try to download a rar now you get jibberish.
OK, added application/x-rar-compressed to the default MIME configuration.
However, if you do a update, it should not overwrite your current mime.properties configuration file though. No need to reinstall for very new release.
