litspeed: v 4.0.18
If in the file .htaccess writen:
Action phpcgi-script /cgi-bin/php
AddHandler phpcgi-script .php
We got error
in error log: detect loop redirection: /cgi-bin/php/index.php
and
100% load to cpu litespeed (lshttpd)

why you want to use the super slow CGI PHP while super fast LSAPI PHP is the default?

It happens when the user transfers .htaccess file from the other provider. We cannot monitor the content of each .htaccess file when the user transfers it to us.
