[Resolved] Cannot active licence after moving to new server

I have use the "Transfer" option in my LiteSpeed account to enable me to use the licence on a new server. However, all attempts to install LWS on a new VPS several times using manual method via SSH and also automated method in cPanel/WHM. I have copied the serial.no to just about every folder specified in the documentation but all I get is errors such as these below.

[ERROR] Sorry, installation will abort without a valid license key.

and run Installer again.
If a production license has been purchased, please copy the serial number
from your confirmation email to this directory and run Installer again.

I logged a ticket over 24 hours ago, do they work weekend? now I am bald from tearing my hair out can anyone assist me here?

seem your server IP is in the black list. Have you used nulled copy on the server?

No I did not, I only downloaded official software from your website using wget.
Anyway this issues is now resolved
