[Resolved] Error Building PHP 5.4.43

I'm getting failures on trying to build a new PHP:

Some problems in the phpbuild seem to be the cause:

This if line and the three elif lines seem to be the ones erroring out:

Any ideas? This is a pretty standard Debian machine.

So what does that mean exactly? Keep in mind I don't even know what the mail header patch actually is. I'm just trying to compile the newest version of 5.4 to get the recent security fixes.

You just uncheck the "Mail Header" checkbox in the configuration page.
