[Resolved] files owner appears to be web server owber instead of extapp owner

Just updated litespeed and found nice. If you put this to .htaccess

CacheDisable /

you'll get the php process owned by httpd not extapp owner. If you delete slash - all works OK.
Visible if you upload files with Wordpress. It just fails.
Litespeed Web Server Enterprise v4.2.19 is affected.
