How do I increase External Application Max CONN?

No matter what configuration I change, it's stuck at 8.
I also upgraded to a 2-cpu license (from 1-cpu license), but no luck.

I have it at 15, but max is still 8

looks weird ... what's your lsphp5 External App settings ? let's see if any clue there.
have you installed cloudlinux ? using WHM/cPanel ?

I'm using Nodeworx with apache and litespeed

lsphp5 settings looks normal.
is lsws version 4.2.21 ?
you can try a different version, like
#/usr/local/lsws/admin/misc/lsup.sh -f -v 4.2.19
(switch between versions: lsws web admin -> Actions -> Version Manager)

also not sure if change
PHP suEXEC: User's Home Directory Only to "Yes"
will make difference.

it looks the 1st time for me to hear about Nodeworx

Thank you, but no luck with User Home Directory Settings.
I just upgraded to 4.2.21 today, just to see if that fixes it.

These are additional things I tried but did not work

1. Recompile LSPHP
2. Hard reboot server
3. Change random settings and revert back

great. so you've set to ProcesssGroup mode which is unique feature of lsws.
