LiteSpeed Web server cp20.xx on cp20.xx restarts automatically to fix 503 Errors

I'm getting these emails every 2-3 minutes. They just started today even though this box has been up for weeks.

Should I be concerned?

Description: Specifies whether to try to fix the "503 Service Unavailable" error by restarting the web server gracefully. A "503" error is usually caused by malfunctioned external applications and a web server restart can often fix the error temporarily. If enabled, the server will restart automatically whenever there are more than 30 "503" errors within a 30 seconds span. Feature is enabled by default.

Is there any logs (I checked stderr) that would give me more information about this? The box seems pretty happy.

can you identify which vhost caused the 503 errors?

is this newly added vhost or vhost installed new software package or plugin?

does a complete stop/start (not graceful restart) have any difference?

I re-installed LS and the errors went away. Spooky.
