if you download the latest build of 4.2.7, it has 5.4.24, just 5.5.9 not here. but it only has a note added in bottom:
Note: If you want to use a version not listed here, you can manually update the settings in /usr/local/lsws/admin/html/utility/build_php/buildconf.inc.php.
So you can just edit that file to include different versions.
