[Resolved] Rails applications not working after updating to 4.2.10

Hello,

We've just updated a production server to LSWS 4.2.10 and noticed that almost all Rails-based website of our clients no longer work, returning 503 errors. LSWS was often restarting because of this.

Here's what the log returns:

2014-05-06 18:13:37.158 ERROR Rails application root directory of '***snipped***' is not accessible: /home/dugunmek/rails_apps/***snipped***/: No such file or directory
2014-05-06 18:13:37.158 ERROR Rails application '***snipped***' is not available, URI mapping is ignored: "***snipped***.com" "/"

I've downgraded back to LSWS 4.2.9 and the Rails applications work properly again, so this problem only exists in LSWS 4.2.10

The server is running CloudLinux 6.5 and cPanel 11.42.1 (build 12).

All rails application got that error? does the path exist?

I've just sent an email to bug@litespeed... requesting the IP range that you'll connect from.

Yes, the path does exist and everything works properly with any LSWS version prior to 4.2.10.

It is a bug related to HTTP proxy, your rails setup uses mongrels backend.
It has been fixed in latest 4.2.10 build.
