Running short of concurrent connections issue

The log shows this error

[122.106.106.239:50589-0#APVH_mydomain.tv] Running short of concurrent connections.

After a while this error continues to show in the log, litespeed is automatically restarted.

In configuration> server > tuning, I set max connection = 5000 and the live report shows I only have some connections.

So I am not sure this Running short of concurrent connections is happening. It happens about 1 times every 3 days.

Could this be port 80 connections (litespeed) or mysql connections or anything else?

Also in the External App > lsphp5, the configuration shows its max connection is 35. May I ask what the external app lsphp5 is and does it affect the server performance?

what edition of LSWS are yous using? standard, enterprise, vps?

Since no staff could solve this issue, I assume this is a bug in litespeed web server. Please fix this bug in your next release.
