Search and replace html body (like apache's mod_substitute?)

I need litespeed webserver to search and replace content of the html. Can this be done using litespeed or will I be forced to apache again for this?

Apache has a module called mod_substitute which does exactly that, but I can't seem to find a litespeed solution.

Or is there a 'work arround' for something like this?

Okay, sounds cool. But I actually need it pretty fast, like in the coming week. But I don't think it won't be added this fast, will it?
How long do you think it'll take?

The problem is that we were planning on migrating to litespeed but we can't order a litespeed license right now because we're missing this feature while testing with the litespeed trial...
