hello i have installed litespeed trial but my plesk server is down

Please check this docs entry for usual causes/solutions, and as a first troubleshooting step switch to Apache and see if the 403 occurs on Apache too or is exclusive to LiteSpeed Web Server: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lsws/cp/cpanel/403-error/

The apache work the issue when i change to litespeed

i have tried but still dont work im test on cpanel and is work but on plesk i get 403 error

i have contact plesk support and they ansver me this.i need to know if i can fix this error before buy the litespeed
Thank you for the update. As far as I am aware, the error originates from LiteSpeed, so if adding the value in your LiteSpeed Web Admin dashboard doesn't solve the issue, what I can recommend is to try getting in touch with them directly.

I see this error on logs
#APVH_webmail.giurgiutaxi.host:0] MIME type [application/x-httpd-php83] for suffix '.php' does not allow serving as static file, access denied

What is your PHP handler set to? On Plesk it should be set to FastCGI.
If you have opened a ticket as previously advised, please share the ticket ID.
