I see a lot of these in the log ever since upgrading to 3.3.9, was it introduced in the new version? what do they mean?

You probably set the server "connection timeout" too low and PHP has not been able to finish processing the request yet.

I set 15 seconds for connection timeout under the Tuning section, doesn't seem that low. Anyway, I don't see much of it in the logs anymore.

That means that if there is no network activity for a connection in 15 seconds, it will be closed.
