server stops automatically

I'm a newbie and trying to install litespeed for the first time. It says that it has successfully installed in the console. however i am not able to access the site via ip:80 or ip:admin from a browser.

I checked the error log and its below.

can you tell me why the server is stopping

it seems lsws was running ~ 3 hrs before someone shut it down.
