Set connection timeout for an account only

Greetings,

Is there any way we can increase the connection timeout on a per-account basis? Our server is running LSWS v4.2.5, cPanel 11.38 and CloudLinux 6.4.

We have a client who needs to run WPTwin. This script clones a WP installation and needs more than 90 seconds to run, which is our current connection timeout limit. However, we want to avoid increasing the connection timeout server-wide only because of 1 account.

After searching further, I was able to find out how to allow a script to circumvent the connection limit by using a htaccess rule:

RewriteRule abc.php - [E=noconntimeout:1]
