Setup global cache litespeed

Hi im trying to turn on cache for all my websites its a shared environment i use a dedicated server with 32gb ram and have like 100 websites at this time.

right now this is my config:

in addition i have two external apps i dont know why lsphp55 and lsphp5 which one should i config?

it's a risk to enable server wide cache in general, since usually it needs careful plan to estimate which URLs are able to be cached, which are not. but your case may vary, and you can adjust them anytime later.

its true i should compile apache with mod_cache and mod_disk_cache when i use cpanel and litespeed together?
