Site format is wacky with Litespeed Plug in Turned on

This is a test/evaluation of Litespeed for possible future production use.

When I change Debug -Disable all features off my site format is off. Looks like responsive may be partially kicking in.
I have set all settings on all tabs to off per the instructions at this URL: https://www.litespeedtech.com/suppo...peed_wiki:cache:lscwp:troubleshooting:general
When I change Debug - Disable all Features to On my site works fine.

What am I missing?

Thanks, I gave up and removed the plug in and migrated the site to a different web server. Lightspeed would just not work. It was an evaluation anyway so it did prove what I needed to know. Thanks!
