Site load speed is too slow

Hi.
I bought 2-Cpu litespeed license recently and installed on my server.
my server information:

my OS in CENTOS 6.6 x86_64 kvm and MySQL Version is 5.5
and Im hosting just one website on this server.

Unfortunately, my cpu load is too high and website speed is too slow, specially when user enters data to database.

My litspeed configs and my.cnf file configs attached.

Please help me on this.

Since you use PHP suEXEC and host a single large web site, you need to change "PHP suEXEC max conns", maybe to 50 or 100

from the real-time stats graph (Q3.JPG), the load is 3.x, not high.
