site loads and doesn't load weird issue

when i first try to go to originalblogging.com the site doesn't load, it is stuck on waiting..
then when I hit refresh the site loads

this only happens when litespeed cache is enabled on the wordpress

do you know what could be the issue?

i did basically the same
RESET
and disabled almost everything, and now it loads also in the first try

I am not 100% certain, but I think disabling the LQIP in the media settings solved this issue

Would you provide us with information about your hosting? Dedicated server or shared hosting? If shared hosting what are the monthly costs for it?
