[solved] Compile latest PHP FreeBSD 8.2

Hi everyone,

I have installed Litespeed on my FreeBSD 8.2 Machine, there seems to be a few problems when it comes to compiling PHP. I want to compile PHP 5.3.6 but when it comes to starting to build the config it tells me that I haven't got fetch, wget or curl. I do have fetch since it's part of FreeBSD so I just went ahead and installed the wget port as well.

When running the build it goes on to the step to download the packages but just stays there showing me:

**LOG_DETAIL** retrieved from /usr/local/lsws/phpbuild/buildphp_1305855362.5.log

Can anyone help me out. I have tried the manual method and it really sucks to manage to get working.

That has already been installed as it was needed for litespeed to install correctly in the first place.

1. pkg_add -r bash # install bash
2. cd /bin
3. mv sh sh.old; ln -s /usr/local/bin/bash sh
4. build PHP again in lsws.
