Since moving to our new server running LiteSpeed 4.1.12 we are having a consistent problem across all sites hosted by our server.
In some cases images are half-loading, leaving the rest of the image as a gray box. In other cases images are not loading at all.
Please note that a page refresh will cause all images to load.
I also have reason to suspect that some JS and CSS files might be showing the same behaviour, though it's not as clear.
Our server does use caching - previously eAccelerator, now APC. I have no reason to suspect that the caching is at fault, as the problem existed across both caching tools, and appears on sites using different platforms (Concrete5, WordPress, vBulletin, custom CMS, etc.).
Any ideas for tweaking LiteSpeed to address this? Any suggestions on where to look to identify the problem?
