I saw the "experimental" reference in 5.4; is there a way I can test it on my 5.4 license?

Cool, but my site test is stating that QUIC isn't supported. I know QUIC is running, but assuming I'm missing something for HTTP/3.

Is there a resource that I can read to try it, if it's available?

run all these tests to find out which one is blocking UDP.

Thanks for this, I did add 443 to UDP out. Spent some time on the other suggestions, but haven't been able to get it to work.

I figured it out, didn't add port 443 to UDP in, now it works
