[solved] litespeed is not running !

Hi all , My litespeed installed in Direcadmin , after installation & run litespeed , litespeed It stands immediately .

/usr/local/lsws/bin/lswsctrl start
[OK] Your trial license key will expire in 32 days!
[OK] litespeed: pid=11472.

after start run :

usr/local/lsws/bin/lswsctrl status
[ERROR] litespeed is not running.

!!! is Strange !!

this is my log error after start :

Yes , i install litespeed with this config .The first time I installed litespeed, litespeed without problem has started & didn't problem , after I installed litespeed , I started setting the link :

I did set this up:

Load Apache Configuration => Yes
Auto Reload On Changes => Yes
Apache Configuration File => /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
Apache Port Offset => 2000
Apache IP Offset => 0
PHP suEXEC => Yes
PHP suEXEC Max Conn => 5

And finally:

chown apache:nobody /var/log/httpd/domains

after this settings i did restart litespeed & after, litespeed does not run.

after this i did uninstall & reinstall litespeed for several times, but litespeed does not run,

Please Help Me , Thank you

How did was solved ?
Got the same error on a LVE server and couldn't make LSW start for more than 10 seconds. Litespeed stops running suddenly and nothing weird found in logs.
As a final solution (well, as I hope) I did uninstall and reinstall it again, building matching php but still no way to make it run as before. No changes-updates were made today so I really see no reason to crash. It's the first time it happens since we're using Litespeed (2011).

If we have to cancel a freshly renewed license and buy a new one every time if/when the problem occurs, won't be pleasant .
Overall, your support is is much closer to what customer support really means, this one being the reason why not switching to other product and still sticking with LWS.
That reseller should be disqualified for selling LiteSpeed licenses as long as the system doesn't work as it should and does not have the ability to offer proper support.

Indeed, could be a rare situation but would you agree to pay for something that doesn't exist ? I also understand that API could lead to some errors but what's so damn hard to apologies and refund ?

The BigFoot is back in town. Same issue related to LC.9 error, no license expiration (11 days left this time). As I've suggested in sent email, wouldn't it be just GREAT to have LSWS switch itself to apache and notify admin when happens, instead of keeping websites down ? Couldn't even access settings from WHM to manually switch to apache neither the webconsole on specific port. Quite frustrating...
