some features are missing in toolbox

Hi,
some features are missing in toolbox, such as purge all - critical CSS - Purge All Unique CSS and Purge All - Gravatar cache (see attached file). I'm missing 3 items.

(This is the first time I've seen this problem... Is there a problem with the server or the plugin?
This is causing me problems...and i don't what to do

Yes I am on version Version 88.0.4324.190 (Official Build) of Chrome. Also I tried doing that and I see the big red button, I clicked it and said "Yes I would like to proceed" and then I tried reloading my tabs and nothing changed 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 .
