First I would like to thank You on the marvelous job you did.
We are under attack since 3 weeks now and could almost do nothing untill we installed litespeed.
We did that trough gigenet.

does this mean if they are maxed out server will go down , kinda like Apache maxclients ?

Yes, you can increase it easily to 10K.
