Strange Behaviour on Litemage

We have a centos server with memcache, redis, magento installed
whenever we try to switch on litemage, it starts showing weird behaviour

all pages start throwing errors and strange characters as below

Maybe PHP engine itself is doing compression, turn it off and let litespeed handle the compression.
