Sucuri and Litespeed Caching plugin conflicts????

Hello all,

Apologies as I'm not very technical, however three of us with similar websites all had a sucuri firewall installed about 6 weeks ago.

We all also use litespeed caching plugin.

We are all now having people report they can not open the links to our website? Its not affecting everyone though. Only about 50% of the people.

Here is an example where you can see that half can open it and half cant.

The website is www.twinfo.com.au and below is a link to one of the blogs. It is affecting all links, not just this one.

Some people are getting this error - net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

Some people can open it in chrome, but not click on the link in Facebook.

Can anyone point us in the right direction on how to fix this?

Hi Naomi,

I do see both cache `x-litespeed-cache:` and `x-sucuri-cache:` headers which maybe the issue. Please do not use multiple full page cache at the same time. Please try turning off the Sucuri cache and purge LSCache, see if issue gone.
