Umlauts in notes

Just a small bug: If you use Umlauts (or probably also other non-standard characters) in the "notes"-field of a virtual host the server cannot be started again. You then have to edit httpd_config.xml and remove that character and it works again.

Thanks. the note field need to be encoded properly. Will fix it.
