Upload Scanning with Litespeed?

Looking for a solution like Admin-Ahead's Realtime CPanel Scanner that works with Litespeed?
More pointedly is the plugin's ability to live scan all HTTP and FTP uploads. Both the mentioned plugin and CSX mention that live HTTP scanning is not Litespeed compatible.

both. all use @fileinspect rule to do the scanning.
