Hi there. I recently create a website.My website url i am using cloudflare name server, the pingdom tool said "Add expire header ".I don't understand what I do know and my hosting company not support me .he said they make my site on liye speed webserver and apache server is old

litespeed is compatible with apache.

If you use LSCWP, it has a function to add browser cache. If not, you can google it and add some directives to .htaccess, such as https://www.liquidweb.com/kb/how-to-configure-apache-2-to-control-browser-caching/. If you are not technically enough, I would recommend you pay System Administrator to do so.
