Webadmin not accessible

I can’t access webadmin via 7080 port. On GCP
I have tried to ufw allow 7080

I try to access via this path https://myserverip:7080

could be security rule from GCP console. You will need to allow 7080.

I have allowed using:

sudo ufw allow 7080

google's security firewall rule https://cloud.google.com/vpc/docs/using-firewalls, not only your server's iptable rule.
