Website UDP Sockets help

Hey there, I am working on a script that gets a Counter-Strike server's data just like Gametracker or other websites. Script works perfectly on my PC but when I upload it to FTP it would take a lot of time and after that print empty data. You can check this yourself:

I think the problem is with sockets, can you guide me how do I solve this issue?

I am not the owner of website or servers but I am a part of Management and I have access to FTP.
