what to restart after PHP extension install?

We've just updated to ea php8, and have installed the GD library, however it doesn't seem to be working.

Normally, we would restart apache to commit changes, but what do we do in litespeed? I tried service lsws restart but it didin't fix it.

Please try restarting the lsphp process and see how it goes.
