Actually has far as I know of Litespeed isn't within the hosting business. All they provide is software to run on the servers of hosts.
If there is any problems, you will have to contact your host directly where you brought the package from because they will be on the only ones who can sort it out.
If there is an actually problem with the litespeed server, they would have to contact litespeed tech directly themselfs.
If you brought the litespeed server yourself and installed it on yourself you would have to actually provided more information for anybody here to help you out.
