Where to begin

New to litespeed, and spoke to support and they said go with default settings. I have a video streaming site, and don't even know where to start with the many settings that litespeed has. What is the best way to approach this?

If you don't have sufficient experience and knowledge about which settings are the best, then you should use the presets. Otherwise you run the risk of a misconfiguration.
