Which Owned License Suit My Server?

Thanks for reading. I am not sure where to post this pre-sale question, please correct me if I placed in the wrong section.

I am planning in getting an owned license of Litespeed Webserver for my dedicated server (for personal use, not commercial). Most sites of mine using MySQL and PHP. And here's my cpu info:

You can start from 2-CPU license, you can upgrade if need.
You will get page cache feature with 2-CPU license, may be helpful if page cache can be used.
