Any recommendations on how to modify the recommended WordPress caching rules for sites with the WooCommerce plugin installed?

our wordpress plugin is on to-do list, it may cover WooCommerce.

the rewrite rule you posted has little problems, it's an old version wiki. our wiki has updated:

Will the changes in 1.0.1/1.0.2 of the WordPress plugin allow for full WooCommerce compatibility now?

WordPress cache plugin Version 1.0.3 is released and it supports WooCommerce now. No separate plugin required. No extra configuration required.
