I've LS 4.13 with cPanel an Wordpress i've found some errors 500 in my logs.

When i've this error the site is slowly or unavailable.
I've found also this on my logs:
2012-09-12 14:35:56.041 [NOTICE] [xx:40862-0#APVH_domain.it] No request delivery notification has been received from LSAPI process:606698, possible run away process.
2012-09-12 14:35:56.041 [NOTICE] [x:40862-0#APVH_domain.it] Retry with new instance.
What does that mean?
